Sue has spent much of her adult life dedicated to educating and empowering others, particularly through her training in martial arts, personal safety, and holistic health. As a student under Sensei Sharyl, she earned her black belt in Karate, gaining valuable experience and discipline that she now shares with others.
Certified as a Rape Prevention Instructor by AWSDA, Sue is passionate about teaching self-defense to individuals and families, empowering them with the confidence and skills to protect themselves in any situation. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes practical techniques along with a deep sense of personal strength and awareness.
In addition to her work in self-defense, Sue is certified in advanced aromatherapy and is Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. She specializes in holistic healing practices that nurture both the body and mind, offering a balanced approach to health and wellness. Sue also teaches at the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, where she passes on her expertise to future generations of health practitioners.
