Nicholas Dubiel
Assistant Manager, PNS
Nicholas "Nick" Dubiel is White Tiger Karate’s dedicated Assistant Manager and a seasoned martial artist who has been part of the school’s journey since its inception. Beginning his martial arts training at the age of 10, Nick was one of the first students under the guidance of Sensei Sharyl, and has been a steadfast presence ever since. At just 16 years old, he earned his black belt and quickly became a key member of the leadership team, assisting in classes and helping guide fellow students.
After exploring new adventures across the United States, Nick returned to New Hampshire where he settled, married his sweetheart, and began a fresh chapter in life. His career took him into the healthcare field, where he spent the next decade as a pharmacy technician. Over the course of his career, Nick earned both a license and certification, gaining diverse experience in leadership and management roles across various sectors of pharmacy, including retail, long-term care, mail order, and specialty pharmacy. His most rewarding experience came at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, where he rediscovered his passion for helping people and supporting communities.
Now back at White Tiger Karate, Nick brings a wealth of experience and a deep desire to make a positive impact on both the staff and families. Although the industry may have changed, his core mission remains the same: to serve and support others. As Assistant Manager, Nick plays a pivotal role in guiding White Tiger Karate into the future, assisting teachers and parents alike, and ensuring the continued growth and success of the school. In his own words, “I’m home.”
